Five years ago, Josh Walshe started letting property with his parents, aged just 15. At such a young age, he was carrying out the whole process of property management. 4 yeas later, after completing his college course, Josh started his own agency (Walshe’s Property & Letting Agency) where he innovatively succeeded in the growth of his agency. This month, Josh aged just 20, was awarded a local Chamber of Commerce Business Award, a prestigious business and property award. Good Property News would like to congratulate Josh for such a high achievement at such a young age!
The awards were presented at the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. The business and property award is considered to be the UK’s best in business. They’re given out in various categories including “Small Business of the Year”, “Best Use Of Technology To Improve Business Performance” and “Excellence In Innovation”. The award for “Best New Business” was awarded to Josh for his innovative ways of marketing, business organisation, financial planning and his growing reputation locally. Despite running his own agency, Josh also works as board member at the North Lincolnshire Place Marketing Board, whilst also remains a business ambassador for the Scunthorpe region!
