Thousands of housing organisations have joined together to support Mental Heath Awareness Week by taking part in the industry’s Mental Health In Housing campaign. Launched by 24 Housing, the campaign sets out to raise awareness of buyers, vendors, tenants or landlords who may be living with mental health. The campaign is being split up into seven categories some of these being the impact of housing conditions, homelessness as well as a focus on the mental health of older people and how housing can help.

24 Housing is also sending out Mental Health In Housing packs to millions of agencies across the UK. The packs include pieces of paper for agents and housing associations to write their messages of support on, whilst there is a badge for people to wear to show support. So far, a whole host of messages have been shared across social media including support from Community Gateway, Ongo Housing, Alliance Homes and Acis Group. Here’s just a few of those messages!
