An anonymous landlord has performed such a kind gesture after Sunday’s explosion in Leicester! She’s agreed to donate one of her rental properties to Jose Ragoobeer who was a victim of the Leicester explosion last Sunday on Hinckley Road. The explosion destroyed a flat and a shop where the Ragoobeer family were living. Initially Jose Ragoobeer’s family including his wife Mary, his sons Shane, Sean and Scott were missing before passing away after the explosion.

Jose Ragoobeer went on to comment on how he was initially contacted by a lady claiming to be a landlord. She said she wanted to help after the Leicester explosion and had a fully furnished flat he could have rent free, all she needed to do was make a call to her solicitor. After receiving the call, Jose was astonished but is still yet to decide upon taking upon the kind gesture.
