For the second year running, the Chartered Institute Of Housing (CIH) are organising Housing’s very own Housing Cup. Last year, CIH and other housing association’s raised an incredible £16,000 for Women’s Aid after taking part in the annual tournament.

The event consists of a rounders tournament between different members of the housing community before the ultimate winner is decided. Taking place across several days in May and June, teams have been competing before the grand final is contested in July. Last year’s grand final saw South Liverpool Homes, Notting Hill Genesis, the Aster and Orbit team, WM Housing and Coastal Housing take on each other before WM Housing was declared the winner. Members attending the Housing Cup this year have been tweeting their support for the charity event. Good Property News have collected the very best tweets from the cup so far!
