Landlord Action and boxing enthusiast Paul Shamplina have helped raised an incredible £18,000 for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. They organised a charity boxing event entitled “Rumble With The Agents” offering agents a chance to “become a hero in the ring”!. The charity boxing consisted of six fights by ten amateur property professionals who had gone through a series of training before going in the ring. The participates included sales negotiator Sam Bacon, Tommy Hughes from Auction House, Urban Spaces’s employee Jake Kinsler and James Gerrard from the Restoration London Group

The boxing itself took place in front of a packed audience full of estate agents, letting agents, landlords and industry suppliers. A raffle was also held on the night by Tottenham Hotspur and England layer Gary ‘Mabbsy’ Mabbutt who is also an ambassador for the charity. Some of the incredible prizes on offer included a whole host of sporting memorabilia, including a signed Arsenal shirt from 1971, an Anthony Joshua boxing glove which had also been signed and an original 1996 World Cup ticket signed by Geoff Hurst. Every year the “Rumble With The Agents” event is attended by a guest of honor, this year British welterweight boxer, John Stracey came to the event.
