MHS Homes have received an incredible glowing report rating their customer service as exceptional. After carrying an intensive assessment on the property management team at MHS, five key areas of excellence of customer service were revealed. This included their ability to understand customer groups, their passion for being at the heart of customer service delivery whilst their commitment for keeping customers happy and treating them fairly. A Centre For Assessment external assessor visited their offices for two days back in May to carry out the full inspection. A certificate has also been displayed in MHS Homes office for all the staff to see!
